Where We Deliver

Delivery must be to the credit card holders address unless prior arrangement has been made by Stretch Satellite if so details can be given in the notes section of your order you can also request a delivery address here and we will notify you if there are any problems. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered we try our best to despatch all order for next day delivery but  please allow 3-5 working days as once the item has left the building it is out of our control. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered. If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, a higher charge may apply

 There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service, (i.e. Saturday delivery)

How we Deliver

Products are generally delivered either by Parcel force or by royal mail special delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 2.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands ,channel islands or European countries

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been despatched by phoning or emailing us. in  the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged please sign for as damaged when accepting the goods you have your rights to check the items before agreeing to accept them with courriers any items received faulty, please report to us within 7 days or receipt of goods 

STRETCH RETURNS POLICY

Cancellations

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by:

- returning the product to us (please bring your receipt with you and the card you paid with, so that it can be credited);
- e-mailing us at sales@stretchsatellite.tv
- phoning us on 07930 221291 - please have your invoice number and delivery details to hand;

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-paid smart cards should be returned in the sealed package sent in . Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product to Stretch Satellite at your own expense or use one of our pre-paid return labels. If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

- you return your product to a store without proof of purchase;
- there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services (this would include, e.g. pre paid smart cards or cams as once they have been activated they are no longer any use to anyone else 
- the warranty seal has been broken on any item 
- the goods were a special order to your specification.

Return of Faulty Goods

The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will offer a prompt repair service. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

- in otherwise “as new” condition; and
- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and the original box and packaging).

Please return the product to Stretch Satellite. please return by currier or special delivery so you item can be tracked and insured, Stretch Satellite accept no responsibility for any items returned to wizard satellite.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. please check your insurance policys for relative cover

If a pre- paid smart card  is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money. we have no control if the channel broadcasters change there subscription packages or rights to view certain channels please not that this MUST be taken up with the channel providers

Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will also pay for our costs of returning goods for replacement or refund if they are not taken into a store. Replacement goods are returned by currier / special delivery
